The EXPEC 2000 continuous monitoring system for volatile organic compounds in flue gas adopts GC-FID technology, mainly composed of sampling probes, temperature and pressure flow, sampling pipelines, pretreatment units, online gas chromatographs, hydrogen generators, zero gas generators, etc. The high-temperature heat tracing sampling pump extracts sample gas, which is then passed through the sampling probe, sampling pipeline, and preprocessing unit before being analyzed by an online gas chromatograph. The system can simultaneously monitor the exhaust gas, automatically display and save the test results, and upload the data in real time to the enterprise's central control system and environmental supervision department.
